Germany: Wholesale Price Index drops 0.3% in July
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The German Wholesale Price Index fell 0.3% in July, following a 0.4% decline the previous month, Destatis informed on Tuesday. Analysts expected a 0.1% rise.
On an annual basis the German WPI remained flat in July, compared with 0.7% growth in June and against consensus of +0.6%.
