NZ PM Key: RBNZ should create tighter rules for property investors

New Zealand PM Key was on the wires stating the Royal Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) should create tighter rules for property investors.

RBNZ governor Wheeler had said last month that tougher controls for investors could be introduced before the end of the year, though debt to income limits were some time off.
