NZ FinMin English: Not decided to seek party leadership, will consider standing for PM

New Zealand’s finance minister Bill English is on the wires now, via Reuters, noting that he has not yet made a decision on whether to seek party leadership, although he said that he will consider standing for the PM position.

His comments come after NZ PM Key noted earlier that he will not stand for re-election in 2017 and that he will resign.
