The Guardian out with the breaking news, citing that the UK PM Theresa May secures confidence and supply agreement with Northern Irish party, the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), after weeks of talks.
Key Points:
Under the terms of the deal the pension triple lock and winter fuel payments, both policies that were under threat in the Conservative manifesto, will stay in place.
The deal will see the party support the Queen’s speech this week.
